i have a 32"lcd toshiba: 32C3030DB and just recetly the subtitles appeard on the tv and i cant turn it off. its been like this for a week now and unlugugging the tv hasnt worked either.

I have the same problem. Just got a 52" from Costco last week and I can't shut off the cc. It says off, but is still there!
