Question about Briggs & Stratton Pressure Washer Projectpro Spray Nozzle
Troy Bilt power washer model 020293 Brigg & Stratton engine- Using it for 2nd time this spring and oil starts to drip from air filter box. I opened the cover and filter is now 50% saturated. (The power washer continued to function without any loss of power.) Obviously I shut it down as soon as I noticed the problem. What gasket should I suspect has blown or is there any other immediate suspects? Unit is ~2 years old and may have (at most) 50 hours of use.
That is incorrect. if the oil has been over filled, it will saturate the filter element by way of the crankcase breather tube. it is the small plastic pipe that connects to the bottom of the filter housing. check the oil level. these machines take very little oil. approx 20 oz. if overfilled, it will leak out filter.

The filter is saturated with fuel not oil it looks close but not oil it is a function of the carb it sprays fuel to prime the cylinder it has ust over sprayed into the filter no gasket needed
