the unit pictured looks like a gasoline powered unit. This unit cannot "kick" on and off without someone "pull-starting" the engine. Need clarification... do you mean looses pressure and then all of a sudden regains it?

Your nozzle could be plugged or partially plugged. Also, try running it with the high pressure hose taken off to flush the pump.

Karcher 2500 with Honda GVC160 5.5 engine. The carb is clean but it lopes unless the choke is partially closed and then it is better. Gas flow seems OK. Starts OK. When holding the governor it runs smoth....

Make sure the governor linkage is clean and works freely. A lot of times when you put a load on the machine, use it it stopps the fluttering.

Runs fine gc160 wont give me any pressure. i took the pump apart and cleaned it then put it all back together the pressure was intermediate but now nothing at all

if you give us a bit more information we may be able to assist!

is it a pressure washer you are trying to get running.
the number you give is the model number of the honda engine. 5.5 hp honda domestic use.

what does the pump look like. etc

Honda power washer dont have presser

Your unloader valve is stuck in your water pump. Remove it, lube the top o-ring with silicone grease. Then reinstall it. Use pump guard additive to prevent this problem from reoccuring.
