Question about Konica Minolta magicolor 2430 DL Laser Printer
I think by the transfer roller (I have no certainty that is what it is called). It's at the upper part of the printer right at where the envelope flags should be triggered if printing envelopes). To the left side (well now, the entire area) got a serious jam of paper, I took to it, extracting the paper by piece meal and thought it was all gone, ran a test print and now 1/4 sheet of paper is stuck there. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to deal with this now (resorted to printing with my Canon Pixma for the time being, sucking up ink like no one's business). Is this a fixable mess? Do I need to call a tech out? Or would I be better off investing that cash in a newer machine?
If you have time you cant take out the fusing unit there is a 1 or 2 sensors and solenoids, whats not working correctly. install them correctly and should work
