Everytime I turn on the console it shows a E64 or E65 code

This is caused by a problem with the DVD drive. One cause is the tray not being completely closed when you turn it on. Another, more likely cause, is that the person who returned this console tried to hack the DVD drive firmware to play burned games and broke the console. If so, return it and ask for another one.
