First, you must take out 4 screws out of the cover on each side of the laminator , then you will see the screws that hold the back panel onto the laminator. West Laminating secs 405-324-6092
Pull out the papers slowly one by one starting from the page on top. They'll probably rip but it's the only way I've found to get them out (I've tried unscrewing the covers but the thing doesn't pop out). For the next usage only punch a max of 4 pages.
I fix roll laminators for a living. Its best with GBC machines to remove wraps where the film is stuck to the roller hot. trying to remove ilm adhered to the roller cold can not jusst remove the film but the rubber roller surface. Do note GBC heat rollers espically the red ones are over 500 bucks each:( Its easy to damage those rollers making the machine junk....

take the shredding portion of the shredder off and check in its teeth (while unplugged of course) to check that there are no errant pieces of paper or plastic in the device. You may even want to try and blow out any possible paper stuck inside with some canned air or something.
If you were using GBC brand laminating pouches they don't need a carrier, if you were using another brand of laminating pouches, then a carrier is needed (something they don't clearly specify) and that's why the laminating pouch got stuck.
If you have had the laminator under a year, it should be under warranty, and you can call the company, and they will send a replacement, and they will probably then inform you of the above listed laminating pouch issue.
You may also want to try using the reverse button, but many times the pouches will get stuck between several rollers, and you risk destruction of the entire machine by attempting to take them out manually.
Unplug the unit ! Remove the cover if possible then carefully use pliers or vise grips to turn the gears that drive the punch cam backwards to get the paper out.
get a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the jammed paper out. (you may need to figure out how to pop off the top cover to get better access to the blades)
