Question about Motorola Mobility i560 Cellular Phone
Sounds like the microphone in the handset came loose or went bad. Turn the phone off. Press and hold buttons 1, 2, and 3 while turning phone back on. This puts you in self test mode. Follow instructions on screen until you get to audio loopback test. Put phone to your ear and talk like you normally would. If test fails the mic is bad. Take it in to a service center.
