Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I connected my mp3 video player to my computer, using the usb cable to download music from window's media player, after downloading the music i forgot to unplug the usb cable from my mp3 while listening. Now my mp3 is frozen and I can not return to the main menu by using the escape button or the on/off button. What can I do?
Well My MP3 also got frozen for a while but i tapped it lightly against something and it unfroze! so try it

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
