Question about Samsung Audio Players & Recorders
I recently purchased a Samsung YP-P3 mp3 player, and was looking to upgrade its firmware version. The software that comes with the player did not find any updates, but the website has one avaliable for download. The zip file contains one .Bin file, and I'm not sure where to place it... Any help is greatly appreciated!
Place the bin just inside the P3(not in any of the folders) and then disconnect from the computer and power it back on. It will check the firmware and turn on and off a time or two. When it's off and doesn't turn back on power it back on yourself and you're done.
You can check your FW version by going to settings>about on your P3.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
