Yahoo help phone number

Is there really a live person at customer service? I stayed up this morning until 4am trying to fix my problems with email. Between my daughter and I we have been trying to speak to a customer service agent constantly since then. It is now 6: 10 PM. That is really bad customer service. Probably the worst I have experienced in my 75 years. The phone tells me "Your call is important to us. Please hold on." It tells you that 6-8 times, plays music, and then comes on and says "We are experiencing a high volume of calls now. Please call back at a later time and then hangs up on you. That takes you out of the loop and you have to start over. This the worst customer service I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My call is "very important to you?"
