Motorola Q phone stuck in Flash Mode (by 5 users)

Bought phone used. Had for 1 1/2 months. Now all of a sudden it will not boot up. Screen is stuck saying "Motorola Flash Mode". Can the phone be repaired?

I have the same problem.

moto q cell phone stuck in flash mode. tried battery reset to no avail. can this be fixed?

All you can do is a battery reset. Important thing for battery reset is to always make sure unit is on. Remove the battery. Wait 10 sec and then put it back in. Other then that check your warranty status.

try pressing holding down the silver button in the middle of the directional pad and the power button together until you get to the master reset menu.
