My Nokia 6300 phone switches off automatically, but the light by the side still blinkes but the screen goes blank, please can u help?

  1. your phone need reset to factory settings by typing the code *#7780# 
  2. for this all most full of  ur battery needed
  3.  after that type security code 12345 
ur phone will become ok

i already use the "*", "3", "call button" and "on button" but still not working.

Hi, when i turn my nokia 6300 phone on, as it is coming on, the message symbol is flashing with a yellow arrow, the phone then goes to a blank white screen then reloads 2 or 3 times then switches off...


try a factory reset on the phone, if this doesnt work make sure all your messages are deleted and also try installing the latest software on the phone, this can be done from www.nokia.com
