Hi there,
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.

When i'm using touchpad to scroll it switches into zooming in or out instead of moving the cursor on the screen. it's very aggravating. i just want to turn the zoom feature off.

Good luck with that ... it is a feature that cannot be turned off at least as far as I have had any success doing. I suggest you get a USB Track Ball - that worked for me, particularly when I dint have a place to run the mouse.

I was working on a table when suddenly my mouse stopped scrolling and would only zoom. Neither could I enter any more information in the table! Then I found it also zoomed on word docs. I follwed the steps...

take out the battery in it. then resynchronize it . also take a small screw driver and press on the side of the scroll wheel and press up to jar it from being locked in (sounds like it got one of the inside buttons underneath the wheel locked)

I too touch or dosomething without relizing and then the font gets really small please i need it back to normal asap

There are two solutions that I am aware of to fix this type of problem. First of all, when you are browsing the internet using Internet Explorer, you can use the toolbar at the top and click the View menu. Go down to Zoom and select zoom in, or choose a % size for your screen. Secondly, when the screen resizes after you touch the touch pad, this is a setting that can be disabled. Go to Start, Control Panel, and look for Mouse. Under the mouse settings, there should be a selection for disabling the touchpad zoom feature. You may also be able to adjust the sensitivity of this feature if you do not want to disable it. On my netbook, if I do a "diagonal pinch" on the touchpad it zooms out. If I draw a diagonal line using two fingers, from the center of the touchpad out to the corners it zooms back in.

Cant get the zoom feature on the left side of my wireless logitec

i use this trick for windows, don't know if it will be of any help. try holding down the left CTRL button and using the scroll button in the middle of the mouse to zoom in and out. might not work but worth a try.

love this trackball mouse, yet they are very sensitive to wear and trash that causes them to fail. Wal-Mart sells great ones like the Logitech LX3 optical mouse that are not as sensitive and have more features
