If your ford has a premium sound system it may have 2 different fuses-i know you said that you already checked it but-just in case dont get mad ok-if that doesnt work then get ready to do some magic -pull the cover panel off the front of the dash just give it a good lil tug and it should wiggle out- disconnect wiring harnesses from the panel and remove it enough to get at the radio-use brute strength or a screwdriver to release the side locks on the radio unit and slide it out -there should be 2 clips that plug in to the rear of the unit there -make sure that you have solid connections there and try the power again
