Question about Waring WMK300 Professional Belgian Waffle Maker

Open Question

'Beep' alarm for WMK300 does not function.

We just purchased and used our new Waring WMK300. In the instruction manual it states that there is an alarm indicated the appliance is warm (6 beeps) and a 3 beep alarm once a waffle is ready.

Our appliance does not provide an audible alarm in either scenario. The green 'Ready' lamp does however illuminate as stated.

Other than return the waffle maker to the vendor, thoughts?

SOURCE: No heat on brand new Waring WMK300 waffle maker

Lots of appliance makers include a 1 800 number with the paperwork that comes with an appliance.

I would try to find that number and call them. They owe you a replacement unit. If you can't find the number do a Google search for Waring and they should have a tel number and/or a "contact us" place to send and email.

Waring TCO650 toaster oven - how to turn off or down the beeping

I found it! In the manual that came with the toaster (and not the one online), I found the following instructions:

1. To turn the indicator beep OFF: Press both [TOAST] and [BAGEL] keys and hold for 5 seconds.
2. to turn the indicator beep ON: Repeat the above process.

Note - if you lose power or unplug the unit, the beep comes back, so keep these instructions handy. :)

I need a replacement handle for my Waring WMK300 Professional Belgian waffle maker. Where can I get one?

If it is out of warranty, you will need to ask for parts from a service center.
No one is offering broken, used or as-is WMK300 on ebay. Maybe you should try to sell your waffle maker on ebay as parts. Somebody must need the circuit board, for example.
