drainage blocked - have remove all the filters but still water not draining out.

I have a Smeg STX-45 dishwasher. After washing the utensils, machine is not able to drain the water. Can you please tell me what could be the problem. Is there any switch I need to press for the same or something else. I have used the machine for the first time.

does the pump actually work electrically, test for open circuit
