Hi the problem is NOT a motor problem the error code PF stands for Power failure you can try to fix it by Disconnecting for an hour and plug it in again, if this does not work, if this does not work then the fault is most likely the 'control board' these are expensive to fix and cost around $150-200 upwards i would suggest you to buy a new washing machine.
