Cards stick

I've got a prblem with a Datacard Magna printer with advanced imaging technology. The print ribbon gets stuck to the card while printing the image and i get an error message indicating the card is lodt in printer. This happened after replacing the cartridge. As far as i can see, the cartridge is installed properly.
I cleaned all rollers in the card's path but to no avail.
Please help.
Suggest a new solution for this problem
