ASUS A6R HANGS AT STARTUP
Hi,
I am using an ASUS A6R notebook. I transferred photos from my cameraphone to my notebook and also to a flash drive. After the transfer, I removed the flashdrive and phone and the notebook freezed. I did an emergency shutdown by keeping the power button depressed for 4 seconds and then switched the notebook on again. It switches on up to the screen that shows the ASUS logo and then just hangs there.
What can I do to fix this problem?

i done the same thing, copied data to it, now it will freeze every so often, i found if i leave it it will run for about 2 minutes on the boot logo, then restart itself, at this point it will either boot fine or hang again, if it hangs again take the battery out, replace it and try booting again, this normally works but i dont know what to do as a permanent fix, maybe reinstall of the OS from the recovery CD....
