Mitel 5540 phone is showing a PMS buffer is full message. Alarm Code 143. What does that mean?

The PMS Buffer Full message indicates that the call processing memory on the Mitel 5540 phone is full and can no longer accept any new data or commands. The alarm code 143 indicates that the phone's PMS buffer has reached its maximum capacity and must be cleared or replaced to allow the phone to function properly.

How to stop buffering on my lg optimus dinamic 2 phone without putting a bunch of codes? I cant even load anything on my phone.

The do buffering because it cannot download fast enough. In computer science, a data buffer (or just buffer) is a region of a physical memory storage used to temporarily store data while it is being moved from one place to another.

A data buffer is a section of the memory in a computer that serves the purpose of providing a temporary holding place for data as it is in the process from being moved from storage in order to comply with a query initiated by a user. In a sense, this means that the buffer creates a temporary place for the data so that it can be processed in a logical fashion and ultimately be used to fulfill that query. This is an important function, since the presence of the buffer helps to minimize the potential for damage to the data while it is being moved.
One of the basic mechanisms found with a data buffer is the fact that information is processed in a logical sequence. This is sometimes referred to as a first in first out or FIFO buffering. Rather than allowing the system to be overwhelmed by multiple requests, the buffer essentially lines up all requests in the order they are received, processes the first request, and then moves on to the next request in the queue. End users are rarely aware of this process, since the requests are managed so rapidly that the system appears to be managing several different tasks simultaneously.

My burner keep saying bad disc about every 2 disc

It may be because the disks are being burnt in quick sucession, not allowing your computer to clear the buffer or temp memory of the drive in order for the new data to be burnt to disk to be buffered.

Or your computer is too slow.

Allow a bit of time between each burn, say 15min.

Take care!

The printer is not printing receipts and the error indicator is blinking on and off, what is the solution to this?

Flashing (approx. once every second): Out of paper
Flashing (approx. twice every second): Mechanical error (Buzzer sounds once.)
Most likely your paper feed is giving you the error. Remove the current feed, ensure there are no paper jam & insert fresh paper.
If
Mechanical Error :: Quick blinking Buzzer Sounds continuously for a pprox. 1 second :: Reset the Power
switch

Paper End Blinks.:: Buzzer Repeats a short 3-time sound twice at intervals of 0.5 second.:: Set a new paper roll.
Paper Near End Blinks.(Once a second) :: buzzer Repeats a short 3-time sound twice at intervals of 0.5 second.:: Set a new paper roll.

Mechanical Error : If the printer mechanism has a greater load due to a paper jam, etc., the buzzer will sound and the SEL/ERROR lamp will blink to stop the printer mechanism.
Paper End : If the printer has run out of paper, the paper sensor in the paper path near the print head will detect the end of the paper roll, turn on the buzzer, and blink the SEL/ERROR lamp to stop the printer mechanism. If the paper is inserted into the paper path, the paper will be loaded.
Paper Near End : If the paper is running out, the paper near end sensor will be activated to turn on
the buzzer and make the SEL/ERROR lamp blink. Even after the paper near end is detected, a command can be used to print by the specified number of lines. (See a description on the command for setting the number of print lines after paper near end detection)
Finally
Backup Data Clear : When the power is turned on, depending on the SEL switch operation, the
backup data in the input buffer will be cleared according to the flowchart on the next page.
To clear the input buffer, turn on the power while pressing the SEL switch.
The following messages will be printed.
"Clear Data in Buffer"
"Cleared Data in Buffer"
To print the data in the input buffer, simply turn the power on.
The following message is printed and the data in the input buffer is printed.
"Power Down(Data in Buffer)

Adobe flashplayer makes buffering downstreaming videos on mediapl

buffering is a normal process..
it depends upon the size/content or connection speed..

In computing, a buffer is a region of memory used to temporarily hold data while it is being moved from one place to another. Typically, the data is stored in a buffer as it is retrieved from an input device (such as a keyboard) or just before it is sent to an output device (such as a printer). However, a buffer may be used when moving data between processes within a computer. This is comparable to buffers in telecommunication. Buffers can be implemented in either hardware or software, but the vast majority of buffers are implemented in software. Buffers are typically used when there is a difference between the rate at which data is received and the rate at which it can be processed, or in the case that these rates are variable

HP6110 All in one

When the HP Office jet series all-in-one front panel screen displays Memory Full, the HP Office jet all-in-one is not able to send, receive or forward faxes. Copying will also not work. WORKAROUND: Though the memory buffer should clear itself automatically after proceeding with the next task, like receiving a fax or starting a copy job, these suggestions below may help you clearing the memory buffer by:
  • Add paper to the HP Officejet series paper tray
  • Clear a possible print jam and proceed printing the fax.
  • Reduce the copying or faxing resolution via the front panel's menu.
  • Use the HP Manager to send a (group) fax or making a copy. More memory is available this way, as the HP Manager utilizes the PC memory. When sending a group fax, the HP Officejet all-in-one's memory is filled to capacity. To copy in color is only possible from the HP Officejet Manager.
  • Press START to clear the message. If this message persists, unplug the power cord, and after at least 15 seconds plug the power cord in.
CAUSE: The HP Officejet series memory may be full due to: Copying on Photo quality or sending a group dial, which will use an extensive part of the internal memory's capacity. No paper in the paper supply tray, while receiving a fax. This may result that the data remains in the buffer. Print jam while receiving a fax or copying. The data is still stored in the buffer. System error displayed on the HP Officejet display window. SUMMARY: The HP Officejet series will not fax or copy without sufficient memory to store the data of the page in the buffer before printing the receiving fax or the copy.
