A threat doesn't preclude that you are infected, nor does it say that you are not. So, Download avira (free and effective) install it and run a whole computer scan and see what you come up with. I you don't find anything, you are ok...if you detect some nasty, follow directions to contain or delete it. should it get you and you need more assistance write again:
