How do you refill roundup pump and go

The Pump N Go can be refilled with either the Roundup Super Concentrate or Roundup Ready To Use Plus Refill Bottle.

To refill the Pump N Go with the Roundup Super Concentrate (purple cap), add 6.5 fl oz of the Super Concentrate to container and slowly fill with water.

To refill with the Ready To Use Plus Refill bottle, just slowly fill the Pump N Go with the refill container.

We do not recommend using Roundup Concentrate Plus (red cap) to refill the Pump N Go because it has different active ingredients and different information regarding use around edibles.

To open to Pump N Go container, please follow the directions below:

Stabilize container by holding between your feet

While holding the pump handle push down slightly and turn left (the pump will be out of the locked position)

The first time it is opened it will be difficult to open because for shipping safety the top is but on very tightly at the factory.

How long do I need to wait to reseed / sod lawn after applying roundup?

If you use Roundup or equivalent (do not use the long-acting product with a pre-emergent). Then you can reseed three days after the treatment. Do check the label for your specific product for any directions that differ for the reseeding schedule.

Some specific treatment limits: First some lawns will require two treatments with Roundup before reseeding (or planting sod). So wait 7 days after the first application to identify any green (growing) spots and then retreat. After all existing lawn grasses and weeds have been treated, you can rake the area and then put down sod or grass seed 3 days after application.

Second: for best results the plants treated with Roundup need to get rain or irrigation a few days before the application and 2-3 days after the application. (This is true if the soil is dry when you are getting ready to plant.)

I hope this helps.

Whats the mix ratio for a weed wand useing roundup concerntrate? thank you

It will depend on which roundup product (there are many, many different ones) your using, what type of sprayer, and what type of weeds your treating. If your directions are missing, or your not sure how to interpret something, I recommend going to any home depot, lowes, ace hardware, etc, and ask them for help. You can also visit Monsanto's web site. here is a link with many of the Labels that include directions, and mixture ratios. http://www.monsanto.com/products/Pages/msds-labels.aspx Good Luck!

How much do I water after the roundup is applied

Roundup (glyphosphate) doesn't get watered in. However if the area was stressed due to heat or dry conditions, water before using the Roundup to ensure that the plants are growing and transporting nutrients to the roots. The usual recommendation is 1" per week. Roundup kills all plants that it is in contact with. Then let the product dry before it rains (1-4 hours depending on the formulation read the label for rain-fastness information).

Water the plants that were not sprayed as you normally would as long as the treated areas will not be wetted before the Roundup is dry.

Even the extended control version does not need to be watered in.

If you are using a different product that needs to watered in, please read the label for directions. (For example some pre-emergents need to be followed 1" of rain to water them. Alternatively you can do a shallow tillage of the treated ground (2" deep iirc).)

I hope this helps.

Agriculture Application of Round-up

Very important to buffer the pH of the water at pH 5. Then add Roundup /Glyphosate 360 at a 2% for grass weeds and 3% for brush weeds. Ensure that the grass is dry when treating and no rain is expected within 6 hours. Please take care with roundup as it is poison .
