Inkjet Printing; LaserJet Printing; Printer Software and Drivers; DesignJet .... Windows 10 Stuck on Welcome Screen ... It is a great place to find the help youneed, both from other users, HP experts and other support personnel.
First you thing to check is when
you turn the laptop on it should make a single beep sound. if not then in means
you need to replace you cpu (central processing unit} or known as a processor.
thy tend to blow wen the cpu dose not get serviced. the thermal compound on the
laptop cpu must be removed properly and reply st every 3-6 mouths max. If it dose beep then take a normal PC monitor and connect it to your laptop and see if that works. if it dose work then it means that the screen is busted or you should pess the screen buton on the keyboard
In Windows 7 ,Try the Power Options in Control Panel. Set to High Performance, select Change Plan settings, set Sleep to never, select Advanced Power settings, scroll through the Advanced Power settings, set Sleep and Hibernate to Never and Power Buttons and Lid to Shut down. Always shut down and unplug the Laptop when not in use to prevent damage due to a power surge and a possible Fire hazard IF the battery malfunctions. Not to mention unnecessary wear on the components.
As SOON as you press the Power On button, start tapping on the F2 key. Tap in 2 second intervals. You may hear beeps. These are Stuck Key Error code beeps. You know what they are now, so just ignore them.
The BIOS Setup screen goes by F-A-S-T. You have a very small window of opportunity. This is why you are tapping on the enter BIOS Setup key, as soon as you turn the laptop on.
In BIOS Setup there is an option to bypass the P.O.S.T screen.
