Try 136900 for the password and if that works you can go into setup and unlock DVD.

Sometimes weird things happen and you could've accidentally locked the unit. Some units allow you to reset the password from within a hidden preferences menu. It's usually the same menu that allows you to change your region of your DVD player and/or make it "region free". Here's a page with explanations on how to access that menu. Good luck!
