Question about HP ATX-300-12Z (ATX30012ZBD) 300-Watt Power Supply
Use a jumper lead and shirt the green (power good) signal to a black wire (gnd) they are conveniently side by side. This will work on all power supplies regardless of wattage.

Short 14 and ground, see the above page make sure you sort the right ones, I just tested it with a extra powersupply, shorted 14 and 16 (gnd) psu fan and 12v fan connected to molex turned on fine.
