It could be that you have the battery & accessory wires from the head-deck the wrong way round. Try wiring the main power wire from the head-deck(yellow usually) through a fuse & directly to the positive battery terminal, & the accessory wire (red usually) to the yellow wire that comes from your ignition barrel. Let me know how you get on

How to set radio stations

if you don't have all the power wires hooked up it won't save the stations, you should have a low volt wire just for memory status.

I can't preset radio stations

this is how i preset my stations, im not sure if you have done this before.
fm can save 20 stations and am can save 12

1] chose your desired station
2] press & hold the play/memory button until P01 pops up and flashes
3] to save the station, press & hold the play/memory button

if you'd like to save another station, then repeat steps 1 & 2,
then press the play/memory button again until P02 pops up,
repeat step 3.
to listen to your preset station, all you have to do is press the play/memory button.

hope this helps

Stereo will not save time or set stations. not

sounds like a very common power wire issue. if not connected to the cigarette lighter or other continous power source when the car shuts off all memory will be lost, ie... audio settings, station memory, clock memory

How do I set the presets on the Teac T-R450 tuner/amplifier?

Hello,
You'll want to turn on "tuning mode" by pressing the button. Push the number preset you want to store it in, tune it to the station you want to save, then press and hold down the "memory set" button for awhile. The display should flash or some other indication that it is stored. When this is all done test the preset button by pushing it. If it stayed on the same station, it was successful.

I hope this helps.

Setting presets on KLH R3100

No, not so easy, this isn't like your average car radio, unfortunately. This was driving me nuts, too, but I finally found a manual. Hopefully you have a remote, since that is needed.

Once you are on the station you want to save, press MEMORY on the remote. MEMORY will blink on the receiver's display. While MEMORY is flashing, press the button(s) on the remote for the number you want to save the station under.
