My frost free fridge freezer is too cold and freezing the food in the bottom drawer there is some ice around the bottom drawer

You may have an issue with the temperature control assembly. Check the temperature settings (ideally at "one-half way" for both fresh food and freezer compartments).

Contact an appliance service company.

Hoover a class fridge freezer, freezer keeps icing up then fan keeps banging on the ice

You have an auto defrost problem. Need to check element for resistence. if good, check the thermal fuse for continuety. Most of the time i replace both the thermal fuse and the little clixon that is attached to the evaporator coil. Defrost timer is quite robust and very seldom do i need to replace that. You need to firstly defrost freezer overnight to allow cover removal. All components should be visible.

Hoover HCA390FFK not draining through drain plug

A common problem is a blocked drain tube. Using compressed air, blow through the tube to clear it. Also, make sure that th refrigerator is level in both directions to allow proper pitch for draining.

Build up of ice in bottom of freezer compartment

During the defrost cycle heaters in the wall of the freezer are turned on to melt the frost build up. This melted frost "water" is supposed to run out a drain in the bottom of the freezer and collect in a pan under the refrigerator/freezer where it will eventually evaporate. If this drain is blocked it will cause a lot of water to collect in the bottom of the freezer and that water will eventually turn back into ice. I recommend defrosting the freezer manually, removing all the ice/water buildup in the bottom, and trying to unplug the drain line to the pan underneath. Also check the seal on the freezer door. If it's not sealing well it could be letting a lot of moisture enter the freezer which would lead to more frost buildup and more water during the defrost cycle.

FRIDGE COMPARTMENT FREEZING

i had the same problem the sensor starts at the back of the pcb and snakes its way dow the back of the fridge into the freezer conpartment i ordered a new sensor thinking it was a temp sensor but turned out to be a defrost sensor compleat and utter hassel to fit due to the expanding foam i had to eventualy cut the block off that conects to the pcb and then reconecting it once i got the cable through the foam first 2 days seamed to work fine while there was nothing in it as soon as i put food in it again the fridge started to freeze everything again then about a week later it still ices up at the back the fridge but doesnt seam to freeze the food so much now so still unsure about it all
btw it was the exact same model and before i changed the sensor the light and the super light used to flash on and off
