Question about Computers & Internet
When you plug in the external hard drive, you should see it on my computer.
What do you want to transfer specifically?
Basically you need to find what you want to transfer, then right click on the file or folder and select copy, then navigate to the hard drive by opening my computer and then double clicking on the drive, there you can right click on the empty space and select paste.
if you need we can do a remote support session where I can see the screen and move the mouse etc. to solve the problem with you, or show you how its done.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
