Recently i took out my motherboard to test on another pc's power supply. i may not have fix the cpu chip properly... when i fix back my motherboard to where it belong.. there is a Cmos error... I change the battery... it loads into window.. when i restart... i have a error massage "cpu is unworkable or has been change check soft menu"

-its just my bios? cos at 1st i think i didnt do it correctly.. i am afraid it short circuit my motherboard or BIOS chip... then after that i manage to put it back again...

What is the model number of the board?
If you were able to boot, then you defiantly got the CPU in properly. Sounds like you just need some tweaking in the bios.
Have you rest the bios yet? Try removing power, and the battery from the main board. Let it set for a minimum of 5 minutes.
