Malfunction of temperature sensor or heating element.

CONIA CDW1211 Dishwasher. Hi there, I hope you can help me with this one? The 3rd & 4th lights flashes(Rinse and drying) with a beeping sound. Machine does'nt complete the cycle. The water isn't getting hot. The manual reads: Malfunction of temperature sensor or heating element. Any sugestions? Thanks Danie

We have the same it says the heater elemet or temperature sensor is malfunctioning !

SOURCE: problem with conia cdw1211 dishwasher

Had same problem - was advised by service centre to remove secondary filter (round mesh cylinder in main filter on floor of machine) & discard it as it became coated with oil & caused the sensors to malfunction. Fixed the problem immediately.

E3 fault is caused by the water reaching the required temperature or taking too long to reach temperature. It will be either a malfunction of the temperature sensor or something wrong with the heating element.

What does e3 mean on kenwood dishwasher


It means it is not heating the water enough. The manual says.. Longer heating time but not reaching required temperature. The possible causes: malfunction of temperature sensor or of heating element

i find it hard to get parts for these because the are imported from china.it may be better to replace the dishwasher
