Question about HP Mini 1035NR Notebook
My new notebook became slow and i get SMART message - status BAD, I think if i restore the factory default things might improve. Is it correct, and how to do the reset of the factory default
SMART measures physical attributes of the hard drive. Reformatting won't help that. A bad SMART status alone doesn't mean your drive is failing, but combined with the delayed writing failures and the slow speed, I'd replace it ASAP.
