Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
On my sansa every time i turn it on it say's refreshing data base and it takes longer than it should (like 5min) like when i first got it, it only refreshed when i put music on it and it took about 30 seconds do you know what is rong with it and how to fix it
It refreshes the database to build the menu for you to navigate.
Your device may have corrupt data in it and therefore takes longer than normal to build the library.
You can format the device to remove everything, and then re-transfer them to see if that helps.
To format in My Computer>Device Name (e250)>right Click and select format.
Best of Luck.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
