This might be a bad main Image Processor (650-4307-00) board. We can isolate it by printing an internal test print.

You can power up the unit in diags (hold "back" & "info" buttons while powering up) Go to "Built in Test Prints" and try to print the "Grid 1 Dot Pattern"

If you print, then it's proven...

If not, then you will get an error that will allow further troubleshooting.

Printer warming up don't stop

Try another wall outlet for power. Make sure it is not plugged into a ups/power bar etc.. but directly into the wall. A ups can limit the amount of power reaching the fuser and cause it to fail at warming up. Also try putting your hand near the fuser to see if it is giving off heat (don't touch it though, you can burn yourself)

Hallo, i have xerox phaser 3200 i want ask something why when i turn on the printer warming up progress can't finish (always warming up)

Srri but this is a fuser failure. The lamp has probably blown so it cannot generate any heat. best buy a new fuser unit. A lot of the machine has to come apart to fit it. You would be better taking it a shop for them to repair it.

Fuser Error. Low Temperature

there is a small thermometer that contacts/sits very close to the metal heat roller on your fuser, chances are when removing the jam its been bent away from the roller, have a look and try and see if you can see it, not knowing this exact printer im not sure the exact position but it is usually in the middle of the roller coming from the top of the fuser housing, another thing to check is if your fuser is actually warming up atall, if you cant feel any heat then the fuser lamp that heats it up has gone bad

Fan Failure Error 54

1 of 2 things.
You need to clean or replace the fan.
You have to remove the back, right side and top cover to access that fan.It is near the back just behind the fuser module.
It could also be the low voltage power supply fan. Most likely the fuser fan.
Once you remove the fan, there is a label on it, remove the label, There is a rubber plug behind the label, remove the plug and drip some lubricant into the fan. Reassembly and it should be ok.
I would recommend replacing the defective fan though.
Here is a very reliable part source.
https://www.partsdrop.com/store/

If you call ask for Britt and specify the model number and that you need a fuser fan and probably order a Power supply fan, Neither are very expensive.
Have both on hand to be 100 percent sure the problem is resolved, But its a 90 percent fuser fan failure code. It operated in a heated area and can dry out faster.

Xerox 7700 won't go past warm up

The fuser is a good place to start. If it is not hot you could try another fuser. You'll feel the heat well before you actually touch the fuser if it is working.
Do not swap fusers with another printer. These fusers have a life setting and when they are put into another printer it messes it up, leaving you with a fuser registering less than 10% life left.
An additional possibility is the the fuser may not be getting the power it needs. There are two boards that control power distribution if I remember correctly, T1 and T3, but I am not entirely sure which one handles power going to the fuser. In this case it would probably be best to get a repairman in. The 7700 is not particularly easy to work on, depending on the issue, but an experienced technician with a repair manual should be able to handle it easily.
