Question about Intel D101GGC Motherboard

Intel D101 Bios

I have Intel 101GGC Board And I have changed my for which was existed on my board.Old fan was not working properly so I changed it. Now when I fitted new fan it sounds and it displayed something and I remember only one thing that overheating was written on my monitor.
Can you tell me that what is the problem and what should I do to come out this problem?
Please give me solution as soon as possible...

The heat sink assembly along with requisite amount heat conduction paste/putty is resulting in insufficient heat dissipation from the processor which then flashes the warning "overheating of the processor, shutting down computer to prevent further damage". Hopefully you changed the processor too along with the heat sink, otherwise no application of fresh paste, incompatible mounting of heat sink along with the fan assembly. Go to the link below and download & install the latest Bios for your system. I realize that your board is a D915PWK and not a D915PBL, but it should work just fine because the whole Product line of Intel 915 Express Chipset Family Boards use the same Bios for all of their boards and yours is in that product line.

It is *********** board problem,Because the over heating. Go to bios and set the FAN control disable.
If same problem
Change the CPU FAN .
If the problem same .
You will think, the censer of the mother board, has damaged and that's why,censer of the mother board think that CPU is cross the temperature limit. It is the main reason.You need another mother board,sorry to say you.

Installation of xp on intel 850gb board

reset the bios and make sure tha acpi enabled.
if the problem still exist try to replace Ram with one which speed is completable with your motherBoard
