Question about Dell Inspiron 6000 Notebook
The battery icon on my Dell Inspiron 6000 flickers (orange light) when it is plugged in. On screen, however, it does not seem to be using battery power but the orange light is very persistent, and as soon as I unplug the charger, the computer turns off.
This is common within your product series. i actually havent seen one that doesnt do that. it either means the battery is dead or the motherboard is bad. and im starting to lean tword motherboard only because this is such a comon problem. and even after people buy new batteries, it still does it. so i believe its your motherboard.
