Switch on Your Laptop and immediately keep tapping the key F8 on the keypad. until you see advanced boot options.
Choose - Safe mode with networking using arrow keys and push enter button.
you would get a login screen with 2 user accounts 1) Administrator 2) your account
Choose Administrator and push enter.. You should be entering into windows.
then goto control panel - User Accounts -
there you can change the password or remove the password.
