It Appears As Though You've Gone And Deleted A Vital Part Of Software You Need I've Had This Problem But My Only Way Around It Was To Re-Install The Entire System. You May Not Need To And Might Be Able To Simply Go Through Your Installation Disk And Use The Repair Feature. Hope This Can Be Of Some Help To You
