Question about Canon Pixma iP2600 Photo InkJet Printer
Everything was working fine about a week ago when I used my printer.
Today I went to power it on, and the power and error light flash once simultaneously, then nothing happens. Sometimes nothing flashes at all. I've tried different outlets and a different cable.
Unfortunately it was probably damaged, if it has a transformer for a power supply you might be able to replace the transformer to fix it. If it was powered on at the time of a power surge some of the electronics may have been damaged and you will most likely need to send it for repair. Even powered off some printers remain in standby mode so it still could have damaged electronics
Sorry for the bad news, good luck.
