Question about Moen & One Handle Tub & Shower Faucet
I have put in the part that turns on the water bt the handle sticks out how can I make it flush with the backing??
You need to loosen the two screws that attach the faceplate to the control valve on the outside of the shower stall. You should be able to pull the valve away from the stall and place a one or two inch board between the valve and the shower stall as a shim. Vary the thickness of the shim until you are flush with the handle, then secure the shim.
