Steamer does not turn on

Just below 100'C, 212'F as it is a steam cleaner so approximately 90'C.

Yes, vinegar will work...may not steam right though...

Have the model number, the country it was made in and the date it was made. All found on sticker on bottom of unit. They are foreigners that answer the phone, so be prepared to spell everything. It takes 3 weeks to get the parts but I found them to be inexpensive.
