Question about Refrigerators
Sounds like you have an overhead freezer. If so check the fan in the back of the freezer to make sure it isn't frozen up or has an obstruction. Also make sure it is blowing. It pulls the cold air up into the freezer part and when not working you will have a cold fridge and cool but not cold freezer. It should be accessible from inside by removing a grille
