When i turn it on it shows that i have no signal and and when i do certain things something pops up and it says that i have a hardware problem.my brother says that i could download the firmware on to my phone. Ive tried everywhere and i cant find a website.

-   i have a sk2 wheni tturn it on it keeps telling me sims card not found a nd the i get amessage saying to sign in it doesing allow me to do so or make or receive call please help thanks-   tweetyfour

i've had this problem before.
Theres not way to fix it but you can call
t-mobile..
