Question about GE GBS18HBR Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
Freezer freezing top not cold GE GBS18HBR ww
Verify the fridge "flap" which could be stuck closed. To do this remove the shelves and then remove screws holding the center panel (3 screws for a bottom freezer). At the bottom you will find a connector which can be unclipped so you can take the panel out completely from the fridge. See if the flap is closed if it is then that could be the problem. It may need to be replaced. Good luck.
