CD Carousel for the Onkyo Shelf System
I can not get the cd carousel to open up. The Model number of the cd player unit is C-707CHX. It is a component of an Onkyo Bookshelf system.

- My Sharp 3-Disc CD Changer suddenly stopped working. It seems to be stuck because I hear a sound as it tries to change from one CD to the next.My favorite CDs are locked in a tray that will not turn, while the radio and cassette player works like new. Some how I lost the user manual that came with this system, so if some one can tell me how to fix this problem, it will be appreciated very much.

There are a lot of bad reviews of this cd-player for this reason. There used to be bad reviews of it on the Onkyo website; now there are'nt any reviews at all. The cd-changer is a lemon, but it doesn't appear that Onkyo has any intentions of providing a permanent fix for its customers. Mine is doing the same thing.
