How can I adjust the volume of the touch controls on our Amana Gas Range?

I would like to be able to adjust the volume or maybe turn off the tone when pressing the touch controls on our Amana Gas Kitchen Range. Is this possible? I looked through the instruction manual and there wasn't an option to adjust the volume. Thanks!

Amana counter top gas stove when plugged in start making clicking noise and you can smell gas .

on most, your push down and turn to hi to open gas valve and turn on piezio to light burner. it sounds like you have a knob already turned on . the control under the knob may need replacing. kinda an easy replacement if you get new part. check out repairclinic.com for video(maybe) but for parts for sure. be careful. gas is explosive.

What wood cause a burner to ignite and will not turn off.

Is there an orange glow in the burner area when this happens? If so then the thermostat is not shutting the ignitor off and needs replacing. If there is no glow then the gas valve is not shutting off the gas and needs repalcing

When I cleaned my Dad's gas range the labels came off of the control buttons. I need to know what they were .

You might take some close up photos of the range and send them to gas range parts suppliers to see if they can recognize it and give you the info you want. Maybe try:

Propane oven won't light

Can you post more details like: Does the oven ignitor come on (glow orange)? Can you hear the oven gas valve click open and/or smell gas? Do all the stovetop burners work fine? Have you checked your propane tank to be sure you are not out of gas?

My schott ceran class top stove keeps saying F1 on it and don't no how to fix it

Hi,
Here below we have aprocedure to try to see if you can save the ERC.
F1 touch pad / ERC test
This simple test will help determine
whether the ERC (Electronic Range Control or Clock) or the touch pad is
defective when F1 error code is present.

Note: Some models
incorporate the touch pad in to the ERC as a single assembly, in which case this
test is not necessary. Simply replace the ERC (Clock).

Warning: If
you feel in any way uncomfortable performing this test or making this repair,
please contact a qualified appliance repair technician.

1. Disconnect
power to the range (unplug the range power cord or turn the power off to the
range at the circuit breaker). It is very important that the power to the range
has been disconnected, so please double check before continuing.
2. Gain
access inside the control panel.
3. Disconnect the touch pad (also called
keypad or membrane switch) ribbon from the ERC.
4. Make sure there are no
lose wires, or anything else that may cause a short when power is turned back
on. Assemble the control panel back the way it was.
5. Turn the power back
on.
6. Wait for at least one hour to see if the F1 code comes back (usually
accompanied by a beeping sound).
7. If F1 comes back, replace the ERC. If it
does not, replace the touch pad.
