I have a zen mp3 player and i think it has a virus and when i plug it into my computer it doesnt even pop up it just charges and even when it is done charging i still cant put any music in it
Does it turn on at all? If it doesn't than the battery needs replacing. If it does turn on and it just doesn't play, than it either has a virus or there is an error in firmware and will have to be replaced or sent in for firmware upgrade.

What do you mean that it is not there?
Do you mean the autoplay screen thing that pops up when putting in a mp3?
If it doesnt pop up then click on the start button and then go to computer and look for a zen usb name
you probably need the disk it came with and if you cant find it look for it on the internet and you might wanna try a program called WINAMP to transfer music to your ipod
I think I found my answer. With my player connected I went to Control Panel- System- Hardware- Device Manager and under Portable Devices removed my Zen Player. I then went back to Control Panel- Add Hardware- and let the Add Hardware Wizardaddmy player back. My Zen Micro Photo now connects to computer and I can charge the battery with no problem.
Before coneccting player to the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard. It worked for mine ! GOOD LUCK
down load the new red button firmware from the creative site and load it onto the player, this should format the whole thing, you will lose your music though
Hmmm when you plug it in to put music on it do you use the sync manager thing? thats what i use and sometimes it says theres no player connected even though there is, so i just keep plugging and unplugging until it works.. but then if that doesnt work i just go to "Zen v series media explorer" it like lets you upload music there too.. hope you find something that works!
First thing you wanna do is to try another set of headphones. If it still sounds muffled then theres a fault in the audio output section and these things are non user serviceable. Your gonna need to send back to the manufacturer. Good Luck
