Get a cd laser lense cleaner and see if that helps

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=laser+lense+cleaner&x=0&y=0

Which if you search for laser lense cleaner on amazon or even go to walmart you should be able to pick one up ( not that expensive ) and see if that helps.

If that does not help then there is obviously something wrong with it and you should either try and get a refund or replacement from the person who sold you it or if you paid using paypal you can file a complaint ( once ) so dont reject it and paypal will get the money back for you that you paid for it.

Also if you can go to the manufacturers website and get the manual and see what it says about that error code or why that is happening that will at least point you in the right direction as to what to do next.

Take it up to radio shack and let them take a look at it. They will sometimes solve things like that. If that dosen't work take it to an car audio place and pay them 25-30 bucks at most to look at it. Most of the time they will look at it for free. Hope this helps.

The cdc means there is an error code. I would try reinstalling player and double checking connections. This seems to be a very common problems with the newer players. It may have to be exchanged.

I have a chevy suburban with a 6 cd changer. I load the cd and it ways ''wait cd1'' I wait, and then it says ''Check cd'' and spits it out. I have tried a cd cleaner but the same thing happens...I did get...

Hi Rebecca my names Josh i thought i would give you some food for thought on your cd changer. I dont know how old your vehicle is but if its a factory changer you might want to check your conections both in the back of the changer and in the back or your radio make sure there just secure your BUS port plug can somtimes wiggle itself loose and appear to be connected but not very solid usually on the changer itself or on the back of your radio. If nothing else you may need to get another changer which is realitvly easy to install unless your switching the brand name of changer then you might have a little work to do get it to adapt to your factory radio.

Hello - My 2001 VW New Beetle Monsoon radio reads "No Changer". What can I do to fix it?

Hi,
If it's saying "No Changer" then it's possible that one of the connections between the radio and the changer itself has become disconnected, a possible blown fuse or worse still the changer itself has failed.

First of all check the fuse box, make sure there are not any blown fuses there and if you have to refer to your VW manual if you got the CD multi-changer with the car.
Locate the changer itself and check that any leads has not become disconnected and check behind the radio itself to make sure nothing has become disconnected.
Once you have checked all connections on the radio and changer, and checked the fuses, and you are happy that all seems well then you can try your changer again.
Don't forget to replace any blown fuses you find!!!
If you need anymore help or the changer still is not picked up by the radio please post back.

Good luck.

Sound only coming from one side

you should have 3 leads going into you multi changer, two rca's and one bus lead. power up the unit and remove the first rca cable if the music goes off unplug the second rca and plug the first rca where the second was plugged in, if the music comes back on then the multiloader is working fine and you need to check the radio controller and its connections
