Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

How to Enlarge Thumbnails in Windows Explorer?

Open the libraries folder. Or you can open another folder, such as the pictures, downloads, computer, etc. It doesn't matter which folder you begin on; all the Windows Explorer folders have the same method of enlarging the thumbnails.

Locate the taskbar near the top of the screen. On the upper right side of this, you'll see three icons. The first one on the left side, when rolled over with your cursor, should read "Change your view."

Click on the "Change your view" icon. A small menu will pop up with a list of different ways the Windows Explorer can present itself.

Select "Extra Large Icons". The icons will become large enough for you to see easily.

Repeat for all other Windows Explorer libraries.

How to convert thumbnail into ICONS in windows 8 interface

First time I installed windows 8 i faced that problem that in place of icon it was showing only thumbnail. So here goes the solution to convert thumbnail into icons in windows 8 interface-

Open up the folder with the pictures and click on the View tab
Next click on Options to the far right
Then Click on Change folder and search options
This opens up an options menu
Navigate to the view tab
uncheck the box that says Always show icons, never thumbnails
And Check the box that says Display file icon on thumbnails.

This should solve the problem. It worked for me.

How to change the desktop background image.

There are two ways in which to set your desired image to your desktop background.

Option 1
1) Fistly locate the picture you want as your desktop background.

2) Then double click the image to take you into Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as the default picture viewer. Once there right click anywhere on the picture and click Set as Desktop Background from the pop up menu.

And there you have it. The image is now your new desktop background.

Option 2
1) Fistly locate the picture you want as your desktop background.slasher_x.gif
Then right click on the image and select Set as Desktop Background

And there you have it. The image is now your new desktop background.
slasher_x_38.jpg
Option 2 is a slightly quicker way of doing it as you don't really need to view the entire image in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as long as you can see the thumbnail of it or you are in Filmstrip view.

To enable the thumbnail or filmstrip file view
In the picture folder click on the menu view and then click on the option Thumbnails or Filmstrip from the drop down menu. Or you can find the view icon on your tab menu.

NOTE: Just remember that if your image is in a 4:3 aspect ratio, such as 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024, it will be distorted and stretched if you are using as a background on a widescreen monitor.

Older 4:3 monitors (square monitors) use sqarish image resolutions such as 800x600, 1024x768 and 1280x1024.
Newer widescreen monitors use widescreen image resolutions such as 1152x864, 1600x900, 1680x1050 and 1920x1080.

I will like to view my pictures without opening them

View them it what sense? The best you will get is have the folders in thumbnail view. Also you could get something like Google Picasa and it will send your folders and load all your images. That will be about as good as you can get.

How do add photo on friends wall?

You can add or change a profile picture in any of the following ways:
  • To set a photo that you or a friend has already uploaded to Facebook as your profile picture, select "Make Profile Picture" at the bottom right when you are viewing the photo.
  • To upload a picture that you have saved on your computer, move your mouse over your profile picture and click the pencil icon. Select "Upload a picture" from the drop-down menu and follow the on-screen directions.
  • To take a new profile picture using your webcam, move your mouse over your profile picture and click the pencil icon. Select "Take a picture" from the drop-down menu and follow the on-screen directions. If you choose to take a picture using your webcam, you may first have to allow your Flash player to access your webcam.

You can edit the thumbnail version of your profile picture at any time by moving your mouse over your profile picture, clicking the pencil icon, and selecting "Edit Thumbnail." If you wish, you can also remove your profile picture by moving your mouse over your profile picture, clicking the pencil icon, and selecting "Remove your Picture."

If you are having trouble adding or changing your profile picture, please note that you cannot upload a photo if it is more than three times as tall as it is wide. If you are still experiencing this problem, please report the issue here.
