Question about Cameras
I have a new Kodak Z712IS camera - every time I take a few pictures I get this error message "unrecognized file format" for some of the pictures. What am I doing wrong?
I don't want to just delete them (which is the only way I know) - and I can not get these "unrecognized file format" pictures to transfer to the Easyshare software.
Thanks for any help someone may offer -

Amazing such a nice product but it seems product did not go thru thorough testing process.

Honestly, try transferring the images to your computer without using the Easyshare software. This software has been causing some problems for some users. After you have the images on your computer...open them up and then save them as JPEGs. This should help fix the problem with the transferring.
