Question about Bulova Watch
I tried to reset by pushing the buttons but nothing happens. Does it need a battery and how does the back come off?

Take a look at http://www.stauer.com/pdf/17468.pdf
I see that this watch gets it's time signal from Boulder, Colorado so it will only work properly in North America. Perhaps they also do models for the European market - if so I would expect them to work in the same fashion so the manual should still be relevant.
